She’s led product design projects and teams at Coursera, Daylight Design, and early startups. She’s versed in designing new products, evolving existing products, and collaborating with people.
At Stanford, she teaches Capstone Design, a final project class for undergraduate seniors.

Tsion Behailu, a dynamic force in the tech industry, brings a diverse background and a wealth of experience to her role. Born in Ethiopia and raised in Atlanta, Tsion completed her CS degree at UC Berkeley and embarked on her journey at Google before transitioning into the startup world. She joined Arize AI, an ML observability platform, as Eng hire #3 in 2020.
It is her keen understanding of the potential negative impact of AI on underrepresented communities that led her to champion Arize AI’s bold mission of ensuring ethical AI deployment. As a founding team member, Tsion strives to shape a future where AI is accountable, fair, and ethical.

Melody Kim is a design and product leader who has worked primarily with early stage teams over the last 10+ years.
She currently produces a newsletter and Youtube channel on creativity, design and startups which you can find here: https://melody.substack.com.
She most recently led design & consumer product at Local Kitchens, was the founding designer and Head of Design at Betteromics and before that, founded a YC startup focused on mobile commerce + content creators. She’s helped dozens of innovative teams across various industries go from 0 to 1 including new products at Twitter, Coursera, Abbott to many YC startups and more.
Outside of work, she enjoys cycling, producing music and working on various creative projects.
